Hey, it’s Jeff.
It’s a new year, and everyone’s talking about goals and fresh starts.
But when it comes to land, I’ve noticed something most people don’t like to admit.
Most people don’t fail to buy land because of money.
They fail because they stall.
They read listings.
They watch videos.
They save posts.
They tell themselves, “I’ll circle back when things calm down.”
And then nothing changes.
Six months later, they’re still in the same spot, except prices are higher and the same questions are still unanswered.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth.
Buying land usually isn’t about finding the perfect property.
It’s about deciding you’re done waiting for perfect conditions.
Every real landowner I’ve ever talked to had doubts when they pulled the trigger.
They wondered:
“Am I missing something?”
“What if this isn’t the right time?”
“What if I should wait just a little longer?”
They moved forward anyway.
Not recklessly.
Not blindly.
Just decisively.
They got clarity, made a call, and adjusted from there.
Most people never do that last part. They stay in learning mode forever because it feels safe. Safe rarely leads anywhere new.
If land ownership is something you genuinely want, the biggest risk usually isn’t buying the wrong parcel.
It’s never buying one at all.
Quick housekeeping note.
This newsletter is for people who want to own land. For freedom, for investment, or simply for space to breathe.
If that’s not something you’re interested in anymore, it’s completely okay to unsubscribe. No hard feelings at all. I only want to write to people who actually want this in their inbox.
But if this is something you’ve been thinking about, and you’re still on the fence, here’s my simple ask.
Reply to this email and tell me what’s stopping you right now.
Not to sell you anything. Just to understand where you’re stuck.
Talk soon,
Jeff
