Hey {{first_name}}

Last week I got a message from someone who’d been scrolling land ads for months.

He told me most of them felt like empty promises — “potential” that really meant potholes, overgrown weeds, and no chance of ever using the property.

But then he found one of ours.
He drove out, parked his camper under the open sky, and texted me:

“For the first time in years, I felt peace.”

That’s why we do this.
It’s not about selling dirt — it’s about selling freedom.

And now I want to hear from you:

👉 If you had 5 acres of your own in the wide-open West, what’s the first thing you’d do with it?

  • Clear a spot for camping?

  • Start planning a cabin or tiny home?

  • Just walk the boundary line knowing it’s finally yours?

Hit reply and let me know — I read every response.

P.S. We’ve got a Labor Day special coming later this week. If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to grab a parcel, this might be it. Watch your inbox Thursday or Friday for the details.

Talk soon,
